The program has returned more than $60 million in dividends to its members since 1979.
The Board of Trustees for the Illinois Compensation Trust (ICT), the Illinois health care market leader for workers' compensation coverage, serving 63 member hospitals as well as several other health care organizations, declared a refund to members of $1.8 million. Member dividends for 2011 amount to 9.5% of their total contributions. ICT has returned more than $63 million to participating hospitals since 1982.
