Notes:    Perinatal care refers to health care services provided to mothers and newborns from pregnancy
             through the first month of the infant's life.
             Perinatal Level I:  A hospital that provides general perinatal care.
             Perinatal Level II:  A hospital that provides intermediate perinatal care.
             Perinatal Level II+:  A hospital that provides intermediate perinatal care with extended capabilities.
             Perinatal Level III:  A hospital that provides intensive perinatal care.
