                                     Department of Public Health to provide optimal care to trauma patients and

                                     (pursuant to Section 515.2030 of 2 Ill. Adm. Code 1125).
             Trauma Level II:  A hospital participating in an approved EMS System and designated by the Illinois
                                     Department of Public Health to provide optimal care to trauma patients, to
                                     provide some essential services available in-house 24 hours per day, and to 
                                     provide other essential services readily available 24 hours a day
                                     (pursuant to Section 515.2040 of 2 Ill. Adm. Code 1125).
