IHA Honors Rural Legislators of the Year

The Illinois Hospital Association presented its 2008 Rural Legislator of the Year Awards to three legislators during the 29th annual meeting of the Small & Rural Hospitals Constituency Section in Springfield on June 25. The recipients are: U.S. Senator Dick Durbin (D-IL), state Senator Deanna Demuzio (D-49, Carlinville) and state Representative Robert Pritchard (R-70, Sycamore).
