  Illinois Appellate Court declared portions of the 2008 revisions to Illinois' involuntary commitment standard unconstituational. The Division of Mental Health has revised its model forms to reflect the pre-Torski statutory standard for invountary commitment and to add provisions of the law that became effective on January 1, 2010.
