Department of Healthcare and Family Services (HFS) Notice

Notice indicating that effective May 2, 2011, HFS is making significant changes to its Preferred Drug List (PDL) in the following classes: Atypical Antipsychotics, Anticonvulsants, Antidepressants - SSRIs, Antidepressants - Other, and Stimulants/ADHD Agents. The preferred/non-preferred status of the drugs in each of the classes is noted in the notice. Depending on the drug, HFS will grandfather certain existing patients on drugs that are moving to non-preferred status.

Firearm Owners Identification (FOID) Reporting
