IHA Clinical Services
IHA Clinical Services is a community of hospital and health system leaders, physician champions, and point-of-care professionals collaborating on diverse healthcare issues through learning networks and training programs. Through Clinical Services programming, IHA seeks to provide unique and valuable learning experiences that prepare members to lead effective operations and care teams to achieve positive outcomes for patients and communities.
IHA's 2017 Clinical Services Portfolio offers programming to advance point-of-care implementation activities and workforce readiness in:
- Advancing Integrated Behavioral Health
This learning network will enhance organizational awareness of the connection between behavioral health, physical health and care needs related to socio-economic status, particularly among high utilizers of the emergency department (ED).
- Enhancing Emergency Preparedness
This highly regarded educational series includes a virtual Emergency Preparedness Exercise to meet the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services requirement that hospitals participate in preparedness exercises in a community-wide setting. Additional programming addresses timely topics of responding to an active shooter and preventing workplace violence.
- Restructuring Team-Based Care
This interactive forum will foster stronger collaboration through strategies to effectively utilize physicians and advanced practice providers in a team-based setting.

A signed commitment letter is required to join this new statewide initiative. The letter details the 2017 subscription fees, which have been deeply discounted over prior years to reflect this year's shorter program schedule prompted by IHA's transition to offer this unique service statewide. Your organization's commitment letter can be signed by your CEO, CMO, CNO or CQO. Executed documents must be submitted through our website.
