Submission Deadlines - IDPH SCIP Infection Reporting for Hospital Report Card Act

Listed below are quarterly submission deadlines for Illinois hospitals (or their vendors) to submit SCIP XML files to the Illinois Hospital Association (IHA) for the IDPH SCIP Infection Reporting. IDPH will not accept corrections to the SCIP XML files after the final quarterly deadlines noted below. Hospitals/vendors submitting these data should ensure their data are corrected prior to submission to IHA. Hospitals participating in the IHA Comparative Initiative may choose to submit their AMI, HF and PN XML files to IHA along with their SCIP cases.

• 3^rd Quarter 2007 – December 31, 2007 
• 4^th Quarter 2007 – March 31, 2008
• 1^st Quarter 2008 – June 30, 2008
• 2^nd Quarter 2008 – September 30, 2008
• 3^rd Quarter 2008 – December 31, 2008
