Transparency: Living in Glass Hospitals - Voices of Experience Three-Part Series

It is very challenging for most hospitals these days to keep current with the rapidly changing performance measurements and public reporting at national, state, and local levels. As the performance measurements now encompass many areas within a hospital setting and require a team approach to managing and improving performance, IHA is providing this Three-Part Educational series to encourage team attendance and also urge hospitals to consider inviting their board members that chair or are involved in the quality committee of their board.

This Three part series is designed to coincide with various public reporting requirements and dissemination at national and state levels. Each of the sessions will be 3 hours and will be available via televideo conference locations at IHA offices in Naperville and Springfield; Mercer County Hospital in Aledo; and Pinckneyville Hospital in Pinckneyville. IHA will also have well known speakers that can address some of the issues Illinois hospitals will experience and can prepare for with the public reporting developments.
