Quality Encounter
Ongoing series of senior leadership and trustees meetings at select hospitals
that wish to share their quality improvement initiatives and areas where they
excel. The meetings are held at hospitals and the agenda includes presentations
from Board members, CEOs, CFOs, Chief Medical Officers, Chief Nurse Executives,
Quality Directors, and leading clinicians from areas within the hospital that
are working towards quality improvement. The goal of these meetings are that
hospitals have the opportunity to learn from each other in a collaborative
setting and network on strategies for improvement that will benefit the
communities and patients served by all of our hospitals throughout Illinois.
