Workforce & Health Care Career Information

Welcome to the Workforce and Health Care Career Information section. To date, the nursing and allied health care shortage is identified as one of the most critical issues facing our hospitals and hospital systems. IHA continues to support its members in their efforts to educate, recruit and retain individuals in the health care profession.
