Workers' Compensation - Illinois Compensation Trust

Illinois Risk Management Services (IRMS) serves as the manager of Illinois Compensation Trust (ICT), and as such provides claims management and loss control services to the members of ICT. ICT is a first-dollar workers' compensation program that currently serves over 100 health care organizations in Illinois. IRMS has developed and adheres to a set of policies and procedures specifically designed for the health care industry, creating expert operating and performance standards that guide every aspect of the claims management and loss control processes.
